Since our products are made to order, we do not accept returns for reasons related to size selection, change of mind, or personal preferences. Each item is customized and printed specifically for you, so we can only accept returns for products that are defective or damaged.

Eligible Returns

We only accept returns in the following cases:

  • The item is defective (e.g., printing errors, misprints, damaged goods).
  • The item is damaged during shipping (e.g., torn or stained when you receive it).

If the item you received falls into any of these categories, please contact us immediately to initiate a return process.

Non-Eligible Returns

We do not accept returns or offer refunds for the following reasons:

  • Incorrect size selection. Please double-check the sizing guide before placing your order.

Return Process

If you believe your item is eligible for a return, please follow these steps:

  • Contact our customer service team at hello@elvoyr.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, the issue with your product, and any supporting photos (if applicable).

  • Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a return authorization and details on how to send the item back.

  • Please return the item to the address provided by our support team. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or damaged during shipping.

Refunds and Exchanges

Upon receiving the returned product, we will inspect it to confirm the defect or damage. If the return is approved, we will issue a full refund or replace the product at no extra cost to you. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used during checkout.

Shipping Charges

Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable. If your return is approved, the refund will cover only the cost of the product. The customer is responsible for any return shipping fees, unless the return is due to a defective or damaged item.
